Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately a Recruiter Assistant for our Phoenix Office.
$22.00 per hour

We are looking for a Recruiter Assistant to undertake a variety of recruiting administrative and some human resources duties.The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, confident, and professional. Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with recruiting manager to determine best recruiting process for position(s)
- Source applicants resumes ensuring qualifications and skills for open positions through online channels, such as Indeed, and other job boards
- Maintains accurate candidate records and ensures Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up to date.
- Maintains a calendarupdated with candidatesinterviews
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information
- Prepare new hire emails with information about the position, start date, work schedule,for first day of employment, etc.
- Generate and distribute tracking reports to the Recruiting manager.
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Organize mixers and activities for recruiting and internal/external office events such as job fairs etc.
- Provide assistance with internal projects when needed and be motivated to help
- Handle multiple phonecalls while multitasking, continuous follow-up via phone, email, and texting with candidates who are already in your Recruiters pipeline, potential candidates from multiple sources
- Assistwith background check and new-hire emails
- Assist with any other general office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one (1) yearof Recruiting,customer service experience or prior related experience in an office environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and time management
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to interpret instructions and perform duties efficiently
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities touse time efficiently and attention todetail
- Spanish a plus
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
