Corporate Training Development Manager oversee, train and direct site activity within a designated geographical area. Routine inspections and audits of security personnel are conducted to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.

  • Forecast and Implementation of Training Program (existing and new deliverables).
  • Interact with all guests (clients, employees and guests) in a professional demeanor.
  • Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support.
  • Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract.
  • Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports.
  • Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy.
  • Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner.
  • Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment).
  • Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.).
  • Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner.
  • Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment).
  • Other duties to be determined by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years previous security supervision and/or training leadership experience required
  • Flexible availability
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
