For the past several years, he has had a major focus on design and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve business goals.

Mr. Ramirez’s passion, dedication and commitment to excellence make him a true leader in his area of expertise. As the Director of Talent Acquisition his responsibilities include finding new and innovative ways to improve the Marksman brand, acquire top talent and develop effective strategies critical for Marksman to meet its goals.

Prior to joining Marksman, Mr. Ramirez held responsibilities in talent management, staffing management, and career coaching. This experience allowed him the opportunity to be involved and build effective process improvement, hiring, and retention models. Mr. Ramirez strives to offer candidates and clients the best possible customer service. Candidates find him genuine, and a true resource in their search for career growth.

Mr. Ramirez’s prior experience includes over eight honorable years of service in the U.S. Naval Service.
